Gobii issues!!!

I sent an email to [Email Removed] on the 13 January 2014. Nobody got back to me. No feedback received. I even attached images of my issues with my Gobii for you to see. This is the content of my email:

I purchased the Gobii E-Reader on the 25 July 2013. There were moments where the product's screen turned yellow but after pressing the next page button, it went back to normal. More recently, the screen has been doing some very strange things. The screen waves from side to side and doesnt stop. There is a bad discolouration and that makes it very difficult to read. Please see attached images. It has been doing this A LOT lately and has become vey frustrating. As i understand from the warranty, this should be repaired or replaced. I have all the original packaging and the Gobii is in a brilliant condition as I never leave it out of its pouch unless I am reading. Please can we discuss my options herein.

I would like to urgently know my options. I would preferably like a refund so that I may buy the newer Gobii that will be available.
