2x Faulty Gobii's returned on 03/01/2014 to [URL Removed] (xmas presents for my children). Kalahari agreed to refund the items as they will only have stock March 2014. Received email on 13/01/2014 stating: The item you returned has been processed. An amount of R1 998.00 will be credited to your profile within 2 working days. Your credit balance will reflect next to your name on your profile. I have since made numerous calls to Kalahari to enquire about the refund, but nobody is able to assist me with the refund! (spoken to Jamie, Loyiso, Nolan, Melissa) All agents I speak to promise to resolve the matter, but never phone me back or resolve the matter. On Friday 17/01 the line supervisor promised me a manual refund, and when I phoned 20/01 he was not even at work!!! When I contacted him 21/01, he could not remember anything about my call and promised to contact me before 21:00. AGAIN PASSING THE BUCK!
I also have to return 2x Gobii covers as I no longer have use for them, and I am horrified that the same problem will occur.. (Original order #1001012022)
Every time I contact Kalahari I am on the phone for more than 10 minutes explaining everything again. PLEASE HELP!!!?!
