Being called back to the store every few hours

I went to boardmans on Thursday the18th December wanting to purchase some glasses.at the till I asked the sale consultant to swipe my thank u points card and to redeem my points for this purchase and I will pay in any difference.as she could not update my details on her system as required by her computer I was asked to wait, she kept trying but it refuse to work.she then call the edcon customer service who could not help her right away, she asked if I could return the next day and she would keep the glasses away for me, she also kept my details.being heavily pregnant and waiting 2hours in store for this to be sorted I left to return the next day Friday the 19th again the same problem raised on her system and she called edcon customer service again with a response being given that she must try again in an hours time, having already spent an hour in store I wasn't prepared to wait around any longer, I opted to pay with my debit card.i asked the teller for a reference number of some sort cause I would take this up with customer service myself in which she refused as she was taking care of the matter and she will keep me posted, I haven't received any response since.
