I am so fed up with Multichoice not being accessable. If one has the misfortune of having to call the call centre, you can wait anything up to an hour to get an agent. I needed to have my service reconnected yesterday and it cost me about R200 in air time. The there are all these messages while you wait; sms this number with your error code and smart card number to clear fault. Doesn't work. Log on to web site and reconnect also doesn't work. Pay at this place that place or the other and you will be automatically reconnected within half an hour... NOT SO. Multichoice have the monopoly in the market so we all just have to put up with the bad service and lack of customer care. Contrary to the slogan on the messages I listened to for almost two hours yesterday, Multichoice does NOT... delight me!!! It is not just me who has this problem. Most frustrating and unsatisfying. If the call centre is really that busy, get more operators, we pay enough to support them. And sort our the so called convenient ways of paying. When I go into Skye to pay, I am never able to use the machine as it does not accept ID nor account number. NOTHING is as it is claimed to be when it comes to Multichoices!!
