DON'T PRE-ORDER ITEMS ON KALAHARI!

We pre-ordered Fifa14 Ultimate Edition from [URL Removed] on 27 July 2013. It was released yesterday when we were assured it would be delivered. My son stayed home all day waiting. We got an email stating it had been dispatched at 11h00. After speaking to 4 different consultants at call centre I finally found one who actually called me back & tried to help. Initially they gave me the wrong courier co & then when the other couriers were cotnacted they said it is only scheduled for Monday. They refused to deliver today, even tho they make deliveries on a Saturday. Friends who only ordered their games a few days ago received theirs on Friday. They admitted a mix but refused to dispatch another one. I was on the phone constantly from lunchtime until 18h30 with no luck. it's bad service to sit with a customers money for 2 months & not deliver. It's also bad to make promises to look into the matter & call back & then to do neither. Why did people who ordered at the last minute receive theirs before us? One friend was only expecting to receive theirs on 2 Oct yet they received it on the release day. I am a very unsatisfied customer & feel I can't trust them to pre-order an item again.
