I ordered two next working day delivery items on Sunday morning, 21 July. I expected the items to be delivered on Tuesday 23 July. The parcel never arrived yesterday. I checked the parcel's progress using the tracking number and it is clear that Kalahari did their part as the items arrived in Johannesburg on 22 July. It has been sitting with the couriers since then.

I have spoken to some colleagues at work and it seems that this is a common issue with deliveries from Kalahari these days. I also see many complaints on hellopeter about this same issue. I have never had late deliveries when using kalahari before.

The item ordered was a gift, which I did not have yesterday. I would have been better off driving out and buying it in a shop. Please guys, don't let the courier company destroy your reputation.

I hope to receive the items today.
