I ordered two items to the value of R400 on 24 July (#10416026) and was told the items would be delivered by courier on 15 August. A month later I receive an email that stated the item was sent back. Seeing as I had just had a baby, I was home every day and never received as much as a call from any courier. When I logged a query with Kalahari per email, which I was told to do on the call centre number, I never received any feedback. The nappies I ordered won't fit my child anymore so I request a full refund.
