Again they cannot deliver on time

I ordered online 9 June 2013, for products listed as in stock, and they claimed that they could delivered within a day in main centres, I am In JHB. I wanted the items as a gift for 15th, and thus should have ample time to get it. It was not delivered as requested. I called Kalahari Wednesday 12th June to be told I will have it by the 18th. The 19th I send a mail via website, and I received an email 20/6/2013 stating the parcel is with Berco and they will deliver by Friday. I called Berco and they said they have no indication that this is a rush parcel and I can have the items on Monday as this is what was indicated for an economy parcel. The delivery is to my work address, and there will be no staff at the address for the next 2 weeks - Midwinter break. I then called The number Nolan gave in his email. they said I have to call the other call centre as called cannot be transferred from that number. I called the other call centre and was told that Nolan cannot receive incoming calls. The person who was to receive the parcel leaves Friday at 11h00 and will not be seen again for at least a year. This is the 3rd time Kalahari has failed me in 3 transactions.
