NO DELIVERY OF GOOD

I ordered items from [URL Removed] on 27/03/2013.I ordered the game and CD around 10:00am. I did this before 12pm as the site states that items ordered before 12pm daily will be delivered within 24 hours the following business day. My parcel hadn't arrived by 15:26 on 28/03/2013, so I called Kalahari. They assured me it would be delivered. So I called again at 17:08 and spoke to a gent there who said he would call Berco and call me back, didnt happen. So i called again at 17:41 and spoke to a lady who assured me the package would be delivered. She took my home address, saying that she would get it diverted and said that Berco would deliver it to me the same evening. It's 30/03/2013. All the promises and still no package. Needless to say that I am livid and disappointed. I called again this morning, Saturday, no answer. Only an automated service telling how they are not open on weekends, while the webitse states "Contact centre hours: Weekdays 8:00 - 21:00 & Saturdays 8:00 - 14:00". This is pathetic, service. SO this means that i will only receive the package i ordered on Wednesday, on Tuesday 2 April. I hope that someone calls me so i can swear, shout and vent my frustration.
