Bad shopping expirience

They refuse to give me the item with the price that was in the item, they said its not that price someone have tempered the price as if it was me, the item was on the reduced items and it had a reduced price. The manager was not apologetic and he was insisting that someone had tempered the price on this item and he put it in the way that I'm the one who did that with a bad attitude in front of other customers and I felt embarrassed. I have complained with Truworths customer care but I was not happy with the way they handled my complained. I gave them two contact no.s but they phone one no and I could not answer as I was in the meeting, after that they did not bother to phone again until I call them to follow up of which I was not helped again.they told me they have asked the manager and he denied treating me badly so why they have customer care if they not going to look after them and they side with their staff .and I'm preparing to pay their account and closed it as I still feel bad with what happened to me 0n the 01/09/2013.
