Bad Service

The service i received from Thobile from the Truworths at the Game city Greyville branch was pathetic and her attitude stinks. she is rude and i will never shop at any Truworths store because of her i will close my account and never shop there. I purchased an item on the 08/03/2013 at the Truworths in game city and wanted to return the item because my friend did not like the color and she refused and told me to go complaint. I had the swag and the receipt and the item and it was just 2 days after i purchased the item that i wanted to refund the item and she refused and told me the the item cant be refunded because i had removed the tag. How do you give someone a gift with the TAG OR PRICE ON IT??? i went all the way there for what??? just for her to tell me she cant help me. There was another customer also that wanted to exchnage an item and she also refused to take the item for this customer, so is she refusing not to take all customers items today??? I am soooo mad an will not go back to any Truwoths store again!!!
