Good ordered still not received a month late

I ordered a couch on the 1st December 2013. I was told that it would be delivered in 7 to 14 working days.
Even though they are open 7 days a week, Saturdays and Sundays are not counted as working days, which they did not inform me.
When my couch still had not arrived after 14 days I went to see the manageress and she eventually organised a loan couch from the showroom to accommodate me over the holidays, which I appreciated.
On the 30th December I went back to ask why I still had not received my couch, and was told it would be delivered the next morning. No couch arrived! Today I have been called by the delivery company to say that they will deliver on Saturday.
Mr Price have had my deposit since the 1st December and the balance from the 11th December, and I still have no couch!
As I have called customer care this morning, I am hoping that this mess will be sorted out today, but judging by the delays I have been subjected to, I seriously doubt this!
