Kalahari cannot deliver on time

I placed an order 2 months before the launch date for FIFA 14 X-box game. I was informed via SMS that my parcel was on its way and would be delivered Friday 27 September. But that did not happen. I called the call centre all the time, only to be told that the parcel was scanned back. Numsa said speak to Aramex as they do the delivering. Got hold of them and promised delivery the Saturday. This did not happen. Eventually when I got hold of the manager Gareth, things changed. He promised delivery Sunday morning and I did receive.

The Monday I sent an e-mail to Kalahari and received a reply from Candice Brown. Only to tell me when parcel was scanned and who sent it. I WANT TO KNOW WHY IT WAS NOT DELIVERED AS promised. I could have purchased at CNA on the day of the launch. Pathetic service Kalahari.
