Dion Wired
Unhelpful Customer Assistant

On the 12th of December 2013 my fiance and I went to Dion Wired at The Grove Mall. Their website showed stock of the wii sing it games, particularly wii sing encore 2 mic pack game included for R600. On arrival at the store we asked one of the assistants to assist us in finding this game, he told us that they dont have in stock and said that he would phone the other Dion Wired branches in Pretoria. He came back 10 minutes later and told us that none of the other Dion Wired stores has stock of the product that was being advertised on their website. Saturday december 14th, we went to Kollonade Mall, entered Dion Wired and guess what we found... An entire stand full of wii sing it 2 mic pack game bundles!!! We are truly unsatisfied with the service we received from Dion Wired at The Grove.
Thus being told there is no stock, we bought a game and mics separately at 30% more then we would have at Dion wired, had their staff been in any way helpful.
After this episode I dont think I will be supporting Dion Wired anymore.
