Specials advertised and advised no stock

Dion wired is currently having a special on the xbox kinect and 3 games for R1300.Called all the branches and they all have confirmed that they are out of stock, the special is set to run till the 26th Feb as per the catalogue.
The store at somerset mall was the last i called and i was informed that they will not replenish the stock, is this how you guys operate? Its really appalling advertising items on special and not having stock of it and also not planning on getting any stock of the said item even though there is still 21 days for the special to run..

In addition, my first instinct was to purchase online, the item was not available online either.
