BAD SERVICE EVERYTIME I GO THERE!

I get frustrated everytime I visit Edgars Midlands Mall. There are numerous till stations but ALWAYS ONLY ONE working. The line is ALWAYS long and I end up spending more time waiting to pay then I do picking out what I want to buy. Its the same with the fitting rooms, theres always only one open. For goodness sake HIRE SOME MORE PEOPLE to work at the till points. Shopping on the weekends and public holidays with one till point open is absolutely RIDICULOUS. And I know I am not the only person to be complaining as everytime im there I see customers complaining. Shopping is suppose to be a positive experience NOT a negative one!
