Wasting Customer time and fuel

I wanted the Fossil Pedastal bedside tables. I contacted the Design quarter branch who said they do not have stock, they gave my details to Sandton city.
altas from Sandton city @home living space calls me and tells me to come over and get them they will be ready for me.
i drive from pretoria to sandton and find atlas at store who makes me wait for 30 min. then tells me that the tables are not available for me, that there is some mistake and that he is sorry.
after that he ignores me. no assistance to source the table or anything. poor customer service.
