I must say that i am appalled at the level of service received from @Home Living Space in Sandton City. I made a purchase of over R 20k in the store for a bedroom suite on the 21st July 2013. I was told that one of the items was on back order and would be available on the 18 Aug 2013 so i went ahead and paid for the items. The items in stock were delivered after 7 days which i was happy about but the back order item never arrived on the 18 Aug. Its now 16 Oct and STILL no receipt of the item. When i call the store and warehouse they tell me now that they dont know when they will be receiving them. Whats even WORSE is that nobody calls me back to tell me whats happening. IS this how you treat your customers? if so i will NEVER be doing business with your store or any other @home establishment again. I would strongly advise others to do the same.
