Bad service in 2 from same sales teenagers

I went to sandton city branch on the 27th of april and i wanted a Hush Puppies brand shoe size 6 for men. there was no size in stock and i asked mangaliso to check where i can get it. he then with the assistance of frans got the pair from canal walk and said they will organise for it to be sent to sandton. they never called.

on saturday the 4th of may i went to the branch and looked for the 2 sales teenagers. they said they asked for these to be sent and were never sent to the branch. they then requested for the paid to be sent to sandton again. today is sunday the 12th of may still no call from them notifying me if these have arrived or not.

they are wasting my time.they must just tell me that they are not going to assist me so i can go look elsewhere.
