Incompetent Staff

I went to your store in Sandton to buy a specific mirror. When I got there I was surprised to see it was suddenly R500 more expensive. According to staff - head office put up the price as it was selling so well. Nice one!
All 4 of the smaller ones were damaged so they phoned Design Quarter to check if their stock was OK. They spoke to Ponchos (not sure of the spelling) and told him to keep one for me.

I get to Design Quarter and this guy hasn't even bothered to keep it aside for me. So I am chatting to the manager Angie telling her this is not right, he was phoned to keep it aside and then... right in FRONT of me a sales man takes it and gives it to another customer. I told him I had phoned for it. His response - oh well, they want it.

This is UNACCEPTABLE. I can guess why he gave the other customer the mirror - I don't have the same dark complexion as they do!!

Your incompetent staff ruined my surprise for my sisters 30th! She wanted that mirror - and thanks to your disgusting staff I couldn't get it.

If you have cameras in the store PLEASE watch it and see what happened. The way I was treated by ALL your staff is SHOCKING!!!
