I would like to note my utmost disappointment and disgust with Call it Spring Cresta.

I returned a shoe to your Cresta Store on 13 January 2013. I was told that a refund must be done on my card as the purchase was made using my card. When I asked whether a cash refund could be done, I was very bluntly told no. Fifteen days later my money for the shoe has still not been refunded to my account. It is unacceptable that these funds have not been returned to me. Essentially your company has my money for a shoe which I do not have.

On 26 January 2013 I was told that I now have to wait another two weeks for my money, as the funds were only released the previous day (25 January 2013) with no evidence to proof that the funds were released. I was also given the number of FNB bank to call them, which now leads to me having to do your store manager's work. Should it not be the manager's job to ensure that he follows up, instead of asking me to do so, when the mistake is on the part of Call it Spring? Why did it take so long for the funds to be released, is it a matter of incompetence or laziness?
