Call It Spring
TERRIBLE SERVICE

I have been into Call it Spring no less than 12 times in the last couple months and EVERY single time, without fail, the shoe i request is not in stock. i was informed that the store only get three size 5's in every style. for a shop in sandton city, this is just not acceptable.
The shop assistants are never willing to help and i always have to request them to call their other store.
last week i requested that they order a shoe, which they stated was in stock at the cresta branch. in fact, they called the store in front of me to check and confirmed it was in stock. they said it would arrive within 5 days. i have just received a text message stating "the shoe you ordered is sold out. regards call it spring sandton". was my shoe sold to someone else?
who knows, because the staff of call it spring didnt even bother to call and explain.
terrible customer service.
