Unacceptable Quality!

Dear Edgars,

Once again I am left disappointed in your level of quality. I purchased a pair of Bradford shoes from your snadton branch approximately 6 months ago for almost R500. however, now, the shoes are barely wearable. I wear them no more than 3 days a week at work, where I sit at a desk for the most part, and the soles are just shy of being completely split while the shoes have lost their shape. I remember considering opening an edgars account when I bought the shoes as I thought things were looking up and I was optimistic over the quality. Now, however, I have little interest in shopping in any of your stores and will think twice about recommending your clothes to anyone. When i think of Egdars and the experience I've had thus far I can't but think of overpriced.
