Bought a shoe on the 13/09/2013 wore it on the 14 and the heal of the shoe is damaged informed the store on the 18 /09/2013 store manager declined shoe went further to speak to area manager who said she will look into it and let me no what the outcome is which to date she has not made contact with me and she was meant to get back to me in a weeks time it's almost 2 months now I get a call from the store saying shoe has been decline today I'm not prepared to accept that as I've been very patient and made many visits to the store to enquire about the shoe it's a six hundred shoe which should not be doing that on the first wear. I would like detail reports as to when and who received the shoe for quality checks as well as dates I'm not prepared to take the shoe after two months of waiting. It is very poor service from the store and area manager with regards to this matter I would appreciate feedback by monday as to how the matter will be resolved and dates and times on when the shoe left the branch and why the delay I want the shoe credited or replaced
