Pension Payout

I am receiving a pension payout from my company and the funds are suposed to be released by liberty life, i contacted them last week thursday they advised the funds would be released the friday then the friday i called again and they advised the funds had been released and would be available the latest monday arrives and there is still nothing in my account, i contacted them again and they advised the funds have not been released and willbe released today... i have never experienced such terrible service with regards to my own money.
