Truworths
No access to account

I am trying to pay off and close my Truworths account, but for some reason it says my account is locked. Emailed customer services and was told they'd get back to me within two days. Then yesterday on a public holiday Truworths called me and offered me a credit limit increase. Why can they call about that but not about the issue I am having?
