Very late delivery and no response

I ordered a milk frother for my fiances birthday in September. His birthday was only in October so I thought I'd be ok ordering it early. I placed my order on the 26 th of September and had put the delivery address in for Cape Town as that is where he would be for his birthday on the 19th of October. I got a conformation of payment and was told it would be delivered on the 15th of October. As it did not arrive while we were there, I emailed kalahari humorous times to change the delivery address to Johannesburg, which no one has got back to me about and the parcel has still not been delivered and the delivery date gets pushed out 2 days every time I check on it. At this rate, I will be lucky if he gets it for Xmas!! Ihave never experience bad service from kalahari before, but this goes above and beyond. Could someone at least respond about the change of address? This is just silly now.
