Coat damaged after "Dry Clean"

On 13 September 2013, I purchased a service from Levingers Dry Clean and Shoe Clinic for Ordinary Dry Cleaning of a Wool Coat, at a price of R161.00 with Sales Order Number: S0003627.
The purchase agreement was made at above mentioned store is located at Cresta Shopping Centre. Order was received by Beauty Cele on the 13th of September 2013.
I came back to collect my Coat from Dry Cleaning on the 18th of September 2013. The coat was dirty, as was explained to me by sales consultant the dirt was from the dust in the shop, and damaged from improper handling. There are imprints of small paper with order number attached to the belt from the cleaning that has been pressed into the belt.
The quality of the coat and belt has been damaged from iron pressing; it went from fluffy, soft wool to tough, pressed/burned material. Belt quality has been damage to such extent that it can no longer be used.
I would like to receive full compensation of the coat's price, in the amount of R2 299.00, from the company stated in the letter as well as a sincere apology for extremely poor service by unprofessional and very unknowledgeable of the industry staff.
