POOR QUALITY CLOTHING... STORE REFUSED REFUND ME

I am a well known customer at the life stores both @ gateway and pavilion, on the 14/04/13 i purchased a grey coat and matching bottoms for a function to use on the 20/04/13.. On the 20th i steam ironed the pants and coat only to notice bad patchs of blue ink was all over the coat and pants i bought a GREY set not BLUE i later that day went to the store only to get poor service from a sales assistant named jackie she was rude and kept rolling her eyes as if i wud throw on ink for my new pants and coa2 to develop the patches! U could see the material was poor quality i spent loads of money at life over the past 5years and she as a sales assistant knows that im a regualar customer R1100 for a pants and coat that is sitting in their head office to get tested is! She told me she cant give me a refund she needs to send it for testing i didnt wear the clothes i took it back within 7days as per cpa i should be given a refund this is utter bull i spent
so much money makin ANDRE MARTINS RICH AND I GET SERVICE LIKE THIS IT ME OFF KNOWING I MUST WAIT 2WEEKS UNTILL THEY DECIDE WHATS THE PROBLEM WITH THE MATERIAL. They a bunch of money makin who cant assist properl
