Bad dry cleaning and a temper problem

I took two coats for dry cleaning at this shop. When I was there to collect it the first time it was still dirty. There were dirt on it and it wasn't defluffed as promised. This person sent it back for to be cleaned again. When I went back to collect it only one of the two were cleaned to my satisfaction. The black coat was full of some white fluff wich it didn't had on when I gave it in for cleaning. This guy offered me a discount, But I didn't want to pay for the cleaning of the black coat as it was even worse than when I gave it in for cleaning and has to take it somewhere else now. He insisted that I paid the full ammount and got aggressive on the till and the information stamps in his shop. I was scared that he would react aggressively to me so I paid it just to get out of there. He also rushed me out of the shop to close the shop. His cleaning service is bad and he reacts aggresively toward al lady. I can't see how this person can be left to treat the next customer the same way. Tel nr: 012 653 6652
