Woolworths employee posted back coat left in shop

On Saturday 1 June 2013 my mother and I consumed beverages ordered at the Woolworths coffee bar while sitting at the table provided. My mother and I then left the shop to catch a plane to Jo'burg, accidentally leaving my mother's coat on the chair she had used. We contacted the shop after arriving at OR Tambo Airport and Roxanne posted the coat back to us from the post office at the airport. She also came in to work on a day when she was supposed to be on leave to send us the tracking number. Many thanks for wonderful service to these Woolworths customers. We will continue to support the branch at Grey Owl Shopping Centre in Midrand.
