NO REFUND FOR BAD QUALITY GARMENT

I bought a black military coat a month ago and it made fluff on the arms due to wear and I only washed this garment once according to the labels washing instructions. The whole coat is full of fluff, the quality of the garment is poor. I haven't worn this coat so many times and I paid R600 for something that looks like its 2 years old already!
I took it back on the 25th of June and was told that the branch manager can't make a decision about it that the district manager will decide if it is due to poor quality.
To my astonishment they decided that it is not a factory mistake and they will not be refunding me. I had to phone them and find out what is happening because no one phoned me to let me know what was decided.
I decided to send the garment to Cape Town for evaluation as it is my only other option at the moment.
I have to wait two weeks to find out about the decision about the garment.
This is such poor service as it is so blatantly clear that it is of poor quality, after all its only a month that I have had it!
So dissapointed.
