Unacceptable quality of clothing

On 30 April 2013 I purchased a coat (20-54493846-3), at Donna Claire. The band at the back of the quote come lose (seems the button was not sewed on properly). I returned the coat on 25 May 2013 for a new one. This morning (03 June 2013), the band come lose again. I wear this coat to work and both times, it came lose while I was at work, which is embarrassring.

To pay R750 for a coat, that you are unable to wear with confidence, is unacceptable to say the least.

This is not the first time, it is happening. This is an ongoing occurrence, with other clothing I have purchased.

I really love this coat, but if this is going to continue, I would rather accept a credit note, when returning it this afternoon.
