Ordered & Paid on 23rd Sept, not dispatched

I ordered a galaxy s4 barely there case on September 23rd, paid for it 10min later via EFT. It hasn't been dispatched yet, sent two e-mails with no response whatsoever... would just like my money back and order from takealot. Have never had this problem with kalahari before, but will certainly never buy from them again.
