My 3 piece and 2 piece leather sofa set was booked in for repair in June & no feedback has been relayed to me. I call in continously & speak to Ashika for an outcome, but the items are at warehouse with Jackson as the contact person. I was promised the items wud be returned on the week of 2nd Sept, but nothing & no feedback. This is utter nonsense & irresponsibility towards customer priority & satisfaction. Upon this, today when i called in, i was being cut off since 16:30pm to 16:45pm by the 2 receptionists at the warehouse (0110823500), before i can complete my sentence of my query, my call is cut. This attitude is totally unproffessional for front ladies that suppose to be the first image of the company. I want feedback, its over 2 months & if u want to keep the items, than send me a new set, as i wont stand for this for another day. I want a replacement. As a customer I come first, the attitude i have witnessed today, i refuse to wait any longer. Surely the Customer Protection Act is in my favour. My lawyer wud get involved ASAP.
