STORE MANAGER IN FLAGSHIP STORE PATHETIC SERVICE

On Saturday, 26 January 2013 at approximately 11am my family and I entered Pick n Pay Tokai. After being there for 30 minutes, we went to the till to ring up cash and went to the till where Phakama and Melody was assisting, I had to wait another 10 minutes because they had suspended my cash up and helped the next customer because I was holding up the queue - which wasn't my fault. When they finally rang up my goods again, a different amount was totaled. It was more than it should've been. Michelle took control of the situation and double checked the slip and counted my goods. It felt as if we were the way our goods got taken out of the shopping bags and were counted. This took another 20 minutes. She went to speak to the store manager who I believe his name is Michael to try and solve the problem. Michelle asked me to fill out a little slip with my name and number on, gave me the difference of the two totals and apologized.
I am absolutely disgusted by the attitude and customer service that a STORE MANAGER of a FLAGSHIP store gives a loyal customer at month end. Its pathetic. He did not introduce himself to us, he failed to apologize and didnt even stand up straight
