Pathetic attitude from the cashie

Good day

Its saddens me to write this Colum about the bad service that Sally gave me last Saturday (03/08/2013). I was waiting at the till to pay for my goods, not noticing that I waiting at the express till. As I put my staff on the counter (aggressively and full of anger) the cashier said cant you see that you in the wrong till and she started throwing my staff back at the trolley and some staff fell and I had to pick them up. The store Manager was called to address the issue but it was not done at my level of satisfaction because all she did was to call me in the office and said she will speak to Sally when her shift is over because it's very busy at the moment, she won't be able to pull her off from the till. I really felt like a number and NOT a valued customer at checkers. I was very disappointed when I left the shop, Sally was very rude and aggressive to me, I'm not sure if that the way to handle clients at this shop. What also drew my attention was that there was an old lady to the till next to me complaining about the bad attitude from another cash who was sitting next to Sally, she ended up leaving and making a purchase to another store.
