I lodged a complaint on Saturday 26.01.2013 to CLICKS and to date have not yet has a response from clicks - I lodged the complaint via their website and via email and nothing! so I will post my complaint here and will be taking this further with the consumer protection act. One of my purchases was the oh so heavenly eu de toilette lilly lovely perfume ao sale for R30, there was another one just like it called perfectly plum, the boxs was a bit damaged too, I opened the perfectly plum box and noticed the perfume was half empty, i asked if could I get a small discount as it was half empty, I then checked the other perfume the lilly lovely and was sealed and still sealed. the manager a rude horrible angry woman! She did not even give me a chance to speak she very rudely and with much tone and authority said" I cannot discount something that has already been discounted" this perfume wasn't checked and will be taken to the back and be discontinued! She repeated this a few times, my query was general and yet she was attacking me like I had just done something terrible to her.have never felt so angry and embarrassed like i did when i left! hugely disappointed in clicks to say the least!
