Terrible Telle

I was shopping at my favourite shop on Saturday 26 January 2013. Though the cues were very long (given that it is month end) I didn't mind waiting in line with my 3 year old daughter. As usual I presented my dis-chem card and proceed to pay via credit card. I've entered my pin and wanted to select a budget option when the teller (Mosa Buyane) just proceeded with the transaction giving me no options what so ever. When I said to her that I was still busy selecting my options, she said to me in a very bad tone of voice that i should have said to her earlier that i wanted to use my budget facility. Which she never gave me a option for from the start, she never even greeted me. I got very upset that she spoke to me in a very rude manner and was frustrated and irritated by me. I do not accept that kind of behaviour, because it was plain rude. If she can not handle the pressure of month end and a busy shop, she shouldn't be working with public at all.
