Putrid experience

Ive been a loyal customer of this store for the last 3 years because the shopping experience was always pleasant and quick with staff always smiling. Lately the store has gone from great to a very frustrating experience with customers always complaining. You wait in queus for nearly 20 minutes and when you finally get to the cashier the poor girl has to pack the bags herself. The store is always crowded because only a few tills are available the rest are closed. Going in to buy something as simple as a bread can take up to a 1/2hour that is if they have bread. Im sorry but your service is nolonger what it was. There is only 1 front line supervisor available so if a customer has a problem at a till another few minutes are wasted waiting on assistance.
