I have a top up Cell C contract and need to buy airtime through out the month. I have been given sms bundles thrice by the same supplier (2 different stores respectively) which i left the first two times but have frustrated me this time to such an extend that i just had to bring it to light. After asking the cashier more than once that she should make sure that she actually give me airtime and not sms's and at the same time informing her about the previous incidents she still assured me that i cant have the R50 Cell C I asked for but the R39 voucher instead. Not having my phone with me at the time i went back to the office to recharge my account, only to find out that i have recharged my account with 100 sms's!

Game Stores kindly educate your employees in the products and services that they deliver to their customers.
