I currently have 3 numbers (contracts) with Cell C. Since I started the contract my account was recharged with the amount on the 15th of each month on all 3 phones. January no re-charge on my own phone -when I queried it I was told that it was put on the 1st- which never actually happened - I would have noticed the sms they always send. The 1st of February I got a recharge for the 1st time. Then 1st March again nothing was charged to my phone when I queried it I was told to check the airtime balance-which I know how to do. 1st April again no recharge. I put airtime on my phone on the 25th March which made my balance R60.00 odd rands.By 5th of April still nothing - I sent another email questioning this and got no reply -sent another email a few days later and today is the 11th and still no reply as to why my airtime has not been recharged on my phone. Same thing every month I query it and I get told to check the airtime balance -I don't get the sms to say that I have been recharged either. I am therefore paying for something I am not receiving? Where is the recharge being sent to because it is not being sent to me.
