Regarding complaint Ref No. 8000784402

Ms Solomons has no shame/conscience to blatantly like this. I was at home between 12h00 & 13h00 as arranged. No one arrived at my premises, nor did anyone contact me during that period. When I left at 13h10, there was nobody outside my premises. When they called me, they put the phone down in mid sentence.
This is really confabulation of the worst kind from PnP. You shamelessly.

Could you please forward me the email address of Gareth Ackerman so that I can raise this with him as I am getting nowhere with his staff.

This is the last chance I give PnP to resolve this matter.

It appears PnP staff go to extreme lengths to frustrate their customers.
