Hi,

I had a very pleasant experience dealing with one of your staff last week. Her name is Melissa. She went to great lengths to help me choose flowers for my mother's birthday and mother's day combined. I wanted to choose and pay for flowers for my dad to pick up for my mom (as I live in Cape town). She even went so far as to take photos with her own phone and send them to me so I could see what you had in store. This is the kind of service Wooloworths is known for, where staff go out of their way to help customers. Thank you, I think Melissa needs to be called out and praised in front of the other staff.
