Non Compliance To Full Deposit Refund

We rented a premises from Bonatla Property Holdings for approximately two years and vacated the premises on 31 March 2013. Since then it has been an impossible task to recover our full deposit. Mr. Niki Vontas claims that certain damages were incurred during the rental period. THIS IS NOT THE CASE AND A BLATANT LIE. He unlawfully withheld portion of the deposit to "compensate for so-called repairs". The amount in question was submitted to Mr. Niki Vontas by means of a ridiculous "quotation" by an inexperienced third party. Secondly, no inspection of the premises prior to occupation was carried out nor was this procedure followed when the premises was vacated. On the contrary the premises were left in a better state than when we occupied the premises. On 22 August 2013, a registered letter of demand was received by Mr. Niki Vontas, for the refund of the remainder of the deposit... No response. Needless to say Mr. Niki Vontas is "unreachable" whenever we try to contact him by email (which he has never responded to) or by phone or by messages left with his office colleagues. DO NOT ENTER INTO BUSINESS EVER WITH THIS COMPANY.
