PnP service is rotten & stinks

Regarding my complaint on 12/01/2013 and PnP's response-Ref No.8000784402.

The arrangement with Mrs Solomons was that PnP must deliver the goods between 12h00 & 13h00 on Thursday. PnP failed to arrive on time and only arrived at 13h15, after I have left. It appears PnP has absolutely no commitment towards their customers and never want to take responsibility. They called me but put the phone down in mid-sentence. I am a working person & can't sit at home and wait the whole day untill PnP decides to deliver when it suits them.
If it is really PnP's intention to honour their promise to deliver the goods, it is their duty to contact me and not the other way round.
I am not prepared to beg on my knees for the goods as PnP is inclined to normally renege on the CPA rules by advertising goods & not having it in stock & not delivering on their promises by being deceitfull & untruthfull.
If PnP do not want to deliver the goods they can keep it, as they probably cannot afford to give the onions free which they advertised as such. Does PnP staff really have no shame!
PnP should change their slogan to "We don't care about you" as their service is pathetic.
I am very deeply disappointed.
