Get your employee contracts signed PnP!

The new PnP Local in Monte Vista opened up shop early December 2013 if memory serves. The new owner, Mr Moller, was kind enough to keep on the original staff compliment from Kwikspar which closed at those same premises. The staff were all only too greatful.

However, to date Mr Moller keeps giving staff LONG stories about the delay in having them sign employment contracts. They work a lot of overtime especially over the festive period, but as "casuals" and/or non-permanent staff, are not entitled to any overtime.

You should be ashamed of your shocking labour practices, Mr Moller. This taints the name of Pick n Pay on the whole and I sincerely hope that PnP will ensure that this man is forced to better his business practices and treat staff like equals, not slaves!!!
