Very disappointed with Woolies :(

As a first time online shopper with Woolworths I was very excited to make my first purchase but was VERY disappointed by the outcome. I ordered a complete duvet set - when asked at at check out whether I would like any "substitutions" I clicked "NO" because I knew what I wanted & it was a complete set. I received an email to say delivery would happen on Thursday the 12th between 10am and 1pm. 2pm on the 12th came and went & I proceeded by calling the help centre. I was told that my products had not left & that I would get them on Friday? I don't always have someone at home during the day so planned to be there myself. Furious I asked to speak to the Manager. All of a sudden my parcels were in fact leaving and arrived late Thursday afternoon. Upon unpacking my items I noticed I was missing the white Queen Extra Length fitted sheet, so I phoned to query it. Apparently I was supposed to click the "Substitutions box" because only then would they phone me if they could not send an item! How on EARTH am I supposed to know that? So now I am sitting with a full set except the sheet & the manager who I spoke to yesterday hasn't even bothered to call me back today :(
