I came across Woolworth's online and was so excited that I could get Woolworth's products delivered to my door. Well I got an email on the same day I placed the order stating that my order would be delivered on Tuesday the 12th of March between 10:00 and 13:00. After no sign of delivery, I phoned the call centre. They would simply disconnect the phone before I spoke to anybody to ask where my order is. Shocking and what's more, when I finally spoke to someone in the call centre yesterday, I was told they don't have stock of what I ordered. No communications about this and now I had to choose different products.
