BAD SERVICER

I purchased a Cannon printer from Takealot on the 8th of September. Upon Opening the package, I discovered that there was no printer cable included. Upon telephoning Takealot, I was advised that the printer ships without such a cable and that it has to be purchased cepararely. Nowhere on there site do they tell one that. The result being that I now sit with an item I cannot use. Imagine if I sold you a cellphone without a battery, the phone would be of no use to you. I have not a clue as to the type of cable I need. One thing is for sure, I shall never do business with this store again.
